About the team We are looking for a highly-motivated PMO to join our TikTok Commerce Product team to support that growth and help us empower creators, connect people, and explore possibilities by building the next-generation Commerce platform together. Responsibilities 1. Drive execution for TikTok Commerce technical initiatives and key projects according to the charted roadmap; 2. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes with a clear timeline by exercising technical judgment; 3. Perform internal efficiency analysis through producing quality performance reports, and supporting continuous improvement of overall team velocity/performance; 4. Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal as well as external stakeholders and delivery team; 5. Document and present findings to stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications 1. Actively enrolled university student; 2. Bachelor degree or above, computer, statistics, business and other related majors are preferred; 3. Experience in project management or product management; 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges and risks; 5. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in e-commerce/ads/monetization/social media ideally with a large organic user base; 2. Good logical thinking ability, business interpretation ability and fast learning ability; 3. Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills.
