Candidate Sourcing & Attraction Support

• Help post job ads across various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Assist in identifying potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives such as creating content for job posts or social media campaigns.

Candidate Experience & Communication

• Support communication with candidates during different stages of the hiring process.
• Help ensure that all candidate touchpoints (emails, reminders, updates) are timely and consistent.
• Participate in maintaining a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Automation & Tools Assistance

• Learn and assist with recruitment tools like the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling platforms, and automation tools.
• Help track key recruiting activities and support data collection and reporting tasks.
• Assist in organizing interview logistics and setting up meetings with hiring teams and candidates.
