Your Job

Taking care of batch house operation, the process engineer must perform problem-solving analysis to improve the process in terms of safety, quality and efficiency and look for improvement & development in area or support operation improvement idea to be success.

Our Team

You will be working under Float Hot End department and reporting directly to Hot End Manager, supervising Technicians.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the receiving of raw material specification and raw material inventory balance.
• Responsible for the batch formula to improve the quality of production process.
• Co-ordinate with purchasing team to manage the inventory and consumption of raw material.
• Planning for repair/improvement of processes related to production.
• Set control parameter for shift operation team to follow.
• Monitor and control the operating condition to make the best qualities product.
• Co-ordinate with engineering and maintenance team to fix the equipment problem.
• Improve the process equipment.
• Improve the qualities to reach customer requirement.
• Report the process problem to supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Engineering field, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar set up.
• Be stewardship of area assigned, focus on safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills and stay abreast of technology and knowledge related to the job.
• Comfortable working in hot work environment.
• High responsibility and work well with others.
• Proficient in both Thai and English.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Background in glass manufacturing or similar process is a plus.
