Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Project Manager, Japanese Language to join our global Hospitality Solutions team, where innovation knows no borders. This team partners with hotels worldwide to deliver advanced technology that powers revenue optimization, distribution and guest-centric digital experiences. As a Client Services Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of Sabre Hospitality products to strategic hotel customers. You will coordinate timelines and stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation experience, owning delivery from contract signature to customer go-live. To thrive in this role, you should bring strong ownership of outcomes, exceptional follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships through clear and confident communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of Sabre products and services for strategic hotel customers
  • Create and maintain project plans including scope, timelines and resource alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers and third-party vendors to drive outcomes
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, mitigating issues and maintaining delivery quality
  • Serve as the main point of contact from project initiation through handoff to support teams

Qualifications and education requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-site implementation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Professional fluency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal
  • PMP certification and strong understanding of project management best practices
  • Experience with hospitality CRS platforms strongly preferred
