AppsFlyer is hiring an Implementation Engineer (Fluent Russian Speaker) to advise enterprise clients and prospects on how to best leverage our platform for mobile attribution and measurement challenges. This role plays a critical part in the customer journey—owning the technical relationship, guiding implementation, and influencing strategy through deep technical expertise.

As a key technical consultant, you’ll lead conversations during the sales process, design robust solutions, support engineering teams during integration, and act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contribute insights that help shape our product roadmap.

Fluency in Russian and English is required for this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure success in designing, integrating, and deploying AppsFlyer solutions with strategic clients while driving value throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align client goals with our platform capabilities.
  • Provide expert consultation on architecture and best practices in mobile attribution.
  • Lead product demos, proofs of concept, and address RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights and value.
  • Guide client engineering teams through key implementation milestones.
  • Maintain integrations with third-party platforms and troubleshoot complex issues as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and conferences (optional but encouraged).

What You Have:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (pre-sales or implementation), working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to scope technical solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with data platforms or SaaS products; SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing and advertising technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Bonus Points:

  • Technical degree or engineering background.
  • Experience with large-scale data sets or analytics tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Referred by an AppsFlyer team member.
