You Are:

You are a highly skilled and motivated RTL2GDS Application Engineer with a passion for digital design and a knack for solving complex technical challenges. You have a degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of hands-on experience in synthesis, static timing analysis, and place & route domains. Your strong understanding of technical issues and your ability to explain them effectively make you a valuable asset to any team. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and are passionate about delivering world-class customer service. You are adept at building productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and associates and demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to develop solutions. You are capable of taking on project leadership roles and contributing to complex aspects of projects. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively, with regular updates provided to your manager on project status, sets you apart. You are willing to travel for customer visits within Israel, with occasional international travel, and you have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to deliver technical expertise and support to customers.
• Provide consultation to prospective users, including product capability assessments and validation.
• Conduct training sessions on implementation domain products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for tailored solutions.
• Develop implementation specifications for complex products, applications, or systems.
• Represent the organization on business unit and/or company-wide projects.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in synthesis, static timing analysis, and place & route domains.
• Strong understanding of technical issues and the ability to explain them effectively.
• Knowledge of Synopsys products and their potential applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer interface, technical negotiation, and planning skills.
