We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of managers and recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Amazon Infrastructure Services Business Units in EMEA. This role will work closely with global partners, and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition across EMEA.

As the Senior Recruitment Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing talent insights, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. You'll build and develop a team of recruiting professionals, setting performance goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant talent acquisition experience, including utilizing various recruitment tools, databases, and sourcing techniques.
  • Direct people leadership experiences, including managing managers.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
  • Proficiency in business English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring, combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
  • Experience working in matrixed, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Demonstrated success in writing documents.
  • Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and business narratives.
