Aurora’s Product and Development Operations team is making the technology of the future a reality. We are at the fore-front of technology, providing thought partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently.
Our Tactical Development Operations team is looking for a Program Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role supporting lane expansions, market launches and operational excellence initiatives. You will be based in Pittsburgh and will be expected to travel frequently, working closely with a multidisciplinary team in operations and engineering. This role is highly organized, mission driven, and possesses excellent communication with a complete understanding of risk analysis and management. In markets you will support operational staff with the execution of critical autonomous vehicle testing activities and adoption of new tools and features. The base salary wage range for this position is $84K-$135K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
