We are looking for a Specialized Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Zagreb, Osijek, Split or Croatia remote to join our team. #Eviden

As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the Eviden Cybersecurity & Mission Critical portfolio in the Croatian market and achievement of the financial KPIs (OE, ER, GM). Today as our momentum is accelerating, we anticipate generating a significant year on year growth. Therefore, the Eviden Croatia is recruiting first-class resources to join this big movement and help us to achieve this transformation. We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and open-minded person that must be able to work within a team and communicate with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and development
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers in the Mission Critical Systems with focus on public security and defense
  • Development and implementation of business and sales plans
  • Responsibility for new orders and revenue
  • Managing sales processes and fulfilling planned sales tasks
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships
  • Establishing contact / relationships with all levels of customer management
  • Analysis of won and lost projects
  • Collection and analysis of customer and competition data

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar — or equivalent experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of strong sales experience (defense or public safety sector is considered a plus)
  • Experience in selling complex technical solutions for client executive management
  • Sound knowledge on Mission Critical Systems
  • Track record in defense or public safety market (market overview/networking)
  • Good understanding of public tendering processes and laws in Croatia and EU
  • Good communication skills in English both written and verbal, for effective communication with international teams, Croatian native
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • High customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, intuition, communication and team skills, high focus on results and quality
  • Independent, responsible, structured way of working
