- Developing and systems engineering for CUAS systems, including requirements management
- Modelling and concepts, evaluation of trials, detailed design, supplier management, simulation and algorithm development
- Organising and supporting overall trials and customer demonstrations
- Keeping up to date with new technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing them by developing functional user models (FUMs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) of new technologies
- Defining and supporting of product roadmaps for CUAS and training systems
- University degree (M.Sc.) from ETH/FH in engineering in one of the following fields: computer science, robotics, systems and control, or a comparable field
- Experience in the field of requirements engineering (e.g. DOORS) is required
- Working experience with UAS/CUAS solutions
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to keep up-to-date with rapidly developing technologies
- Strong communication skills, intercultural expertise and ability to work in a team
- Experience of MBSE/SysML is advantageous
