In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be/ 工作职责描述:

1. Lead and develop engineering team, encourage innovation, IP creation and protection

2. Work with multiple global product company leaders to ensure the global priority projects implementation

4. Develop test capability to support new product development, local sourcing, operation and quality functions

In This Role, You Will Need/ 任职要求:

1. 学历和专业/ Education & Major：engineering degree or above on automation, mechanical design, material science 自动化、机械设计、材料科学专业工科或以上学历
2. 工作经验/ Experience：have working experience in operations or design 具有运营或设计的工作经验
3. 团队管理经验/ Team Management Experience：have the experience managing and developing engineering team 具有管理和培养工程师团队经验
4. 英文能力/ English Skill：excellent English language skill (written and verbal) 优秀的英语表达能力（写作和口语）
