Purpose of Role: To lead the delivery of Weir’s global finance transformation, enabling Finance to become a trusted business partner through the implementation of data-driven leadership, streamlined processes, and integrated systems. The Project Manager will drive cross-functional collaboration and execution across key transformation pillars including data, technology, governance, and capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the project management of the global finance transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive action across workstreams, ensuring dependencies are clearly mapped, tracked, and resolved to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes within a global finance environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of SAFe Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering value in scaled agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
