We are seeking a detail-oriented Specimen Processor I PRN to join our laboratory team. The Specimen Processor is responsible for receiving, labeling, and preparing patient samples for testing. This role is critical in ensuring accurate processing, maintaining specimen integrity, and supporting laboratory operations in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Job Overview:
As a Specimen Processor I PRN, you would be responsible for providing technical and clerical support of the Chemistry, Hemo/Coag, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and/or Anatomic Pathology sections at either or both Laboratory locations which may include one or more of the following: receiving, processing, plating, culture processing and incubation, correct sample storage and distribution of lab specimens. This position may also perform data entry, computer registration, & packing and shipping samples. This may include Reference Lab specimen handling and Courier Receiving/Ordering/Exception handling.
