About the role

As Senior Salesforce Developer, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance our account management processes. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with internal and customer teams.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement Salesforce Industries OM solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining system integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Document technical specifications and project progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Optimize account management processes through innovative Salesforce solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Salesforce implementations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce development within the organization.
• Utilize language skills to facilitate communication and collaboration with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - SP. What you need to have to be considered

• Strong experience in Salesforce Industries OM, with a deep understanding of its functionalities.
• Proficiency in account management, leveraging domain skills to drive business success.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions in a hybrid work environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on impactful outcomes.
• Attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of Salesforce development.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, staying abreast of new Salesforce features and updates.

Certifications Required

• Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
