Job Opportunity – Financial Systems Manager (Oracle Cloud ERP FCCS)

Onsite | San Antonio, Charlotte, Phoenix, or Plano

Vaco is partnering with a client in the financial services industry to identify a Financial Systems Manager with strong post-implementation experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and FCCS. This role is responsible for managing ongoing system updates, patches, accounting changes, and enhancements to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Cloud ERP and FCCS systems post-integration, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Implement system modifications in response to accounting pronouncements and evolving business needs.
• Support accounting and finance teams with system-driven close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Lead issue resolution, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Must-Haves:

• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP and FCCS in a live environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and how they interact with ERP systems.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in financial services or working with loan-related accounting data is highly preferred.
