Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $23 - $26 Hourly

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, collections, and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the company by maintaining accurate records and working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately.
• Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and apply to customer

accounts.

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and

other irregularities.

• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding

invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure proper

billing and account maintenance.

• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• ERP experience
• Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
