Your role and responsibilities:

• As a Software Developer, you will join a 4-5 member product focused development team who architect, implement, and maintain solutions through new and existing applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop full-stack solutions, with an emphasis on .NET 8, Ruby on Rails and React
• Participate in an agile scrum-based development process, with a dedicated Product Owner to code, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.

What We Expect:

• A degree qualified in a field related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working on a full-stack development team, with at least one of each of the following:
• Server-side programming languages: C#, Java or Node, Ruby
• JavaScript frameworks: Vue.Js, Angular, or React
• Relational Storage technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server

Nice to have (Opportunity to learn):

• Software delivery experience in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Infrastructure as Code experience, such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Microservices design & development experience

Does this sound like you?

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 2 days per week in the office. As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.

Monthly salary (Gross): from 2500 to 3500 eur (before taxes), depending on your level of experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies. Other bonuses apply.

A valid working permit for the EU is required.
