What You'll Do:
The Data Scientist, CX will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization and help us analyze the health of our business through data and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in the team’s effort to proactively identify, develop and drive longer-term strategies and initiatives that deliver retention, growth & a superior experience for our Customers. The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. Moreover, he/she/they will excel at extracting insights from data, converting ideas to action, and will feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
You will be an integral part of the Customer Experience organization, contributing to the analysis of our business's health through data and operational excellence. Your role will be a key contributor to the Customer Experience (CX) organization, leveraging data science and analytics techniques to evaluate the health of our business and achieve operational excellence. This role will focus on applying data modeling techniques, predictive analytics, and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies.
