Mid to Senior-Level Copywriter
You’ve got the words, wit, and wisdom to tell stories that connect. You have a strong grasp of both Malay and English for idea and concept writing. Skilled in scriptwriting, especially for branded TV commercials, and a strategic thinker who delivers across various media. Know how to sell your ideas and present with confidence.
Agency experience? Even better.
What you will do:
Content Creation
- Develop compelling, original, and emotionally resonant copy for 360° campaigns.
- Craft narratives that reflect cultural nuances and character-driven storytelling.
- Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all communication channels.
- Capable of working across a variety of formats, from punchy headlines to long-form scripts and manifestos.
Strategic Planning
- Understand and able to translate insights into strong creative directions.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and messaging strategies to achieve business goals.
- Interpret and simplify complex briefs into emotionally intelligent ideas that serve brand purpose.
- Experience in reframing or rebuilding brand perception through narrative.
Team Leadership
- A great team player.
- Lead by example in creative brainstorms, reviews and collaborative sessions with multiple teams
- Able to receive and provide constructive feedback to maintain high creative standard within the team.
Client Management
- Confident in presenting ideas, scripts and rationale to clients.

- Stay current with international and local films & series, pop culture, trends, language evolution and industry shifts.

- Generate big ideas with campaign potential, not just one-off executions.
- Think visually as well as verbally, strong partnership skills with art directors and designers.
