The Impact You’ll Make

As an Electronic / Mechanical Technician, your role is essential to our success. You’ll reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure our plant stays safe and productive day in and day out. Your technical expertise will directly impact product quality, team safety, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment: Diagnose mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, gear/drive) and electrical systems including PLCs, 3-phase motors, and motor controls.
  • Execute Preventative Maintenance: Keep equipment in top condition to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Support Operational Excellence: Participate in continuous improvement efforts, identifying and solving root-cause issues.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Follow strict safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, 3-phase motors, proximity switches, and motor controls.
  • Mechanical aptitude with systems such as hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong communication, critical thinking, and follow-through.
  • A passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
