Join our team at the Hatfield North Plant and play a pivotal role in our operations as an Electro Mechanical Technician. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and advancing our facility’s complex electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.

As a safety-minded individual, you’ll lead by example in adhering to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and hazard identification. We value multitasking and teamwork, making self-motivation and a strong work ethic essential traits. Your ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis will be crucial as you maintain and enhance our equipment across production and support areas.

Your expertise in mechanical systems, from drive components to pneumatic and hydraulic systems, will be invaluable. You’ll also bring a deep understanding of electrical components, diagnostics, and control systems, including PLC programming and servo motor controls. Documenting and interpreting system schematics and blueprints will be second nature to you, ensuring accurate maintenance and troubleshooting.
