Job Role Summary: Responsible for driving aspects of Sales Operations & Enablement across Acxiom with a specific focus on processes and activities that enable Acxiom sales teams to drive revenue growth more efficiently.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with Acxiom’s sales and product strategies.
- Assist with the implementation of a new content management system and the migration of existing content to that system.
- Maintain and optimize Acxiom’s content management system for ease of access and usage.
- Analyze content trends to provide proactive insights into content usage, quality, and effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve the lead handoff process, ensuring timely follow-up and routing to the appropriate sales reps.
- Monitor and report on lead engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity; identify and address gaps in lead progression
- Support campaigns and outbound efforts by equipping sales with lead-specific messaging and follow-up materials.
- Analyze lead trends and outcome to provide insights on optimizing lead scoring, routing, and tracking
- Provide feedback loops from sales to marketing for enablement activities
- Support the company’s Competitive Intelligence program by coordinating research efforts, collecting and synthesizing internal feedback, and developing compelling collateral to inform internal teams.
- Contribute to onboarding and ongoing training programs with a focus on content and lead management best practices.
- Drive planning activities and implement improvement initiatives to optimize results and improve efficiency
- Assist in data quality initiatives within Salesforce.com and the content management system to ensure accurate and complete information.
What you will need:
- You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, but can also be deeply detailed oriented
- BS or BA degree required
- SaaS experience, specifically salesforce.com, strongly preferred
- Strong analytic and reporting skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Phenomenal communication skills both internally and externally. Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management. Ability to negotiate extremely critical matters and influence people / outcomes
