More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Digital IT Transformation Intern, in Eindhoven with Signify.

As a Digital IT Transformation Intern in the Customer Satisfaction team, you’ll be responsible for automating and improving our customer survey processes, to reduce employee workload, assure data security and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be part of a multifunctional team, connecting a global customer survey and reporting tool (Medallia) to our business and CRM systems (SAP and C4C) using innovative solutions in the existing IT environment, incl. AI.

Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Quality, Operations, Customer Services and IT, to implement and deploy process improvements across the organization.

  • Collaborate with global business process experts to understand and analyze current processes.
  • Propose easy to use, intuitive, automation solutions, create use case, and demo feasibility of survey plans.
  • Lead/facilitate the development of the IT system requirements and their validation (Quality Test Plan) across various customer touchpoints.
  • Give user training.
  • Assist in deploying new automated processes across the organization.

  • A keen eye on automation possibilities.
  • Innovative, out of the box thinking.
