What You Will Do

• Lead initiatives to design and implement advanced analytics, machine learning and AI solutions that elevate the quality, structure, consistency, and strategic value of data within the product.
• Own and drive key data science projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable data science solutions. Effectively communicate insights through well-structured reports, intuitive dashboards, and compelling presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Design and develop tools that support efficient data analysis and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to influence strategy and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs to track progress, and communicate results.

What You Will Bring To Forescout

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a PhD in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related domain, with deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) and a strong understanding of data infrastructure and the full data lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; a team player with the ability to communicate effectively across roles and disciplines.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging executive stakeholders.
• Practical experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams, with a strong grasp of SCRUM principles and familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in creating clear, user-facing documentation.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• High level of proficiency in English (C1/C2), both written and verbal.
