Join our dynamic team at Infineon Technologies Munich office and play a key role in Customer Enablement & Support (CES) for the business line Microcontrollers. As a leader in CES Technical Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a global and motivated team, and help our customers achieve their mission. We are seeking a highly motivated person with deep experience in leading and managing highly technical teams, or in project management with some experience in line management. In this role, you will be responsible for a team of application engineers, be the key interface for FAE/PAE team management for NAFTA region, be the owner of Functional Safety within CES, and will collaborate with R&D to ensure technical alignment of new features.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for supporting our product lines PSOC, Traveo and AURIX
• Be the owner of Safety in CES
• Execute the Application Notes, Evaluation Boards and Training Material as per defined roadmaps
• Coordinate the operative support demands with Germany & AMR Regions FAE/SAE team and external Partners
• Coordinate the Community Support and Ticketing System for Germany & AMR
• Be doing coaching/enablement of regional FAE and L1 teams
• Ensure Design-In for P2S activities with other BLs
• Ensure Use Case Knowledge transfer incl. SW/HW/Tooling to R&D / PEW /MED
• Improve efficiency and foster digitalization constantly
• Apply Improvement Areas from support Q&A to next gen. products
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Program for Customer Documentation
• Ensure Technical Alignment of New Features with R&D

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 8 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with broad and global experience in different R&D, marketing, application engineering, product definition and management areas
• Understanding of ATV applications and their impact on Microcontrollers and other components; with specialized expertise on Safety
• Extensive people management experience
• Full professional management and leading of team, including planning, performance, salary management and team forming
• Knowledge of own function’s contributions to achieving business objectives: Cost structure of development and support activities and products
• Development processes including ISO compliances
• Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus
