We are looking for a MDM Solution Architect to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the director of IT. In this role, you will define and deliver secure, compliant, and integrated endpoint management solutions that enhance the digital workplace experience. You will lead the design and implementation of modern MDM platforms supporting macOS, Windows, and BYOD environments, with a focus on innovation, automation, and security. This role also involves integrating external systems to enable self-service, AI-driven automation, and streamlined compliance and security for user devices.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and implement scalable MDM solutions for managing macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices, and BYOD devices
• Define standards and best practices for MDM architecture, integrations, and endpoint compliance
• Integrate MDM platforms with enterprise systems to enable automation, self-service, and AI-based workflows
• Design and develop scripts and code to support large-scale deployments and product rollouts
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams to support Infoblox product deployment through MDM during launches and updates
• Create structured training materials and documentation to support MDM-related product features
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and user experience are optimized across all managed devices
• Lead initiatives to centralize and unify endpoint management across the organization
• Stay current with emerging technologies in endpoint management, automation, and security

What you’ll bring:

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint management, with deep expertise in MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, etc.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade MDM solutions
• Excellent scripting and automation skills such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
• Experience integrating MDM with identity platforms, security tools, and enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and device lifecycle management
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools and self-service platforms
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience supporting product deployment and user enablement through MDM
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

• Define and begin implementing a unified MDM strategy across macOS, Windows, and BYOD environments
• Establish standards for endpoint compliance, automation, and integration with enterprise systems
• Deliver initial automation and self-service capabilities to improve user experience and reduce IT overhead

After about a year, you will…

• Successfully support Infoblox product deployments through MDM during launches and updates
• Deliver measurable improvements in endpoint security, compliance, and user satisfaction
• Lead continuous innovation in endpoint management using AI, automation, and modern MDM tools
