Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 4-axis CNC machines to produce complex and precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering specifications.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with specific expertise in 4-axis machining.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations, particularly with 4-axis machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
