Position Overview: We are looking for a talented CNC Machinist who possesses expertise in operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program, set up, and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and routers to fabricate precision parts.
  2. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations and sequences.
  3. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job based on specifications and job requirements.
  4. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  5. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
  6. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
