The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Oversee Sorting Center’s inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI / performance
  • Initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations
  • Work closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation
  • Evaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up plan
  • Collaborate with Shopee Xpress Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s or High Degree
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields
  • Experienced in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party)
  • Critical with KPI and performance monitoring
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
