As a Power System Study Engineer, you will begin your day working with cross-functional teams to offer technical support for power system studies and solutions. You will interact with clients, vendors, and internal collaborators to address technical inquiries. Your day will include conducting engineering and simulation studies, transforming raw data into technical reports, and joining project reviews to ensure alignment with project goals. Your expertise will be crucial in effectively implementing new design releases and fleet cases, contributing to our mission of advancing the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct comprehensive power system studies, including Power Flow, Short Circuit Analysis, and Harmonic Analysis.
• Apply simulation tools like ETAP and DigSILENT for modeling and analyzing power systems.
• Develop and implement protection relay settings and coordinate protection schemes.
• Provide technical documentation and support for client deliverables and internal knowledge sharing.
• Work together with project managers to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Engage in regular meetings and reviews, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly!

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Master’s Degree in Power Systems.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in power system studies.
• Proficiency in power system simulation software like ETAP and DigSILENT.
• Strong knowledge of national and international standards, including IEC and IEEE.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process raw data into technical reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
