Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation

• 12+ years of overall IT experience and playing a RPA delivery lead or Architect role for past 3-4 years
• Sound Understanding of RPA technologies and methodology and tools like UiPath (primary tool),

AA, PA etc.

• Hands-on experience in handling organization wide automations / transformational consulting

projects

• Strong in providing automation analysis, design, assessments
• Strong in gathering automation details, requirement gathering, documentation, process

streamlining etc.

• Strong Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies in AD projects
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills, have excellent presentation and communications skills
• Works independently to manage the projects and respective stakeholders/ and projects.
• Project/strategic planning background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
• Accountable for analysis, assessments, consulting in the engagement and manage delivery of the

assigned tasks

• Expected to have functional/technical knowledge to explain business problems and cascade

information

• Customer facing experience would be needed
• For Architect roles, strong technical foundation, solution design, architectural and tool infra setup

knowledge is must- UiARD certification is a must have
