The Camera Hardware team inside the Tech Engineering Imaging and Vision (TEIV) group is responsible for developing camera hardware for all Google’s Pixel products.
In this role, you will work with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to design and develop camera components, modules, and integrate them into product systems. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects including new technology and road map products. You will lead the development and integration of advanced camera modules for our next generation of Pixel products. You will manage complex projects with cross-functional teams, navigating the intricate integration of actuators, lenses, and image sensors into compact, high-performance camera modules. You will also be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration into the overall smartphone system. You will guide and collaborate with diverse engineering teams, including optics, mechanical, electrical, system and software specialists, both directly and through influence. You will convey project goals, technical requirements, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics.
