As a Spare Parts Disposition specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth supply of production by managing the procurement, storage, and supply of spare parts.

We are seeking a highly motivated to join our team as a Spare Parts Disposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and supply of spare parts for maintenance and production. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

In your new role you will:

• Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding delivery times
• Optimizing minimum and safety stock
• Creating new material numbers in SAP
• Obtaining quotations before starting purchase orders
• Collaborating with other departments (maintenance, purchasing, controlling)
• Preparing and implementing annual inventory
• Managing spare parts procurement processes
• Requesting quotes from suppliers
• Coordinating quotes with purchasing
• Recording goods movements in SAP
• Maintaining spare parts in SAP
• Ongoing contact with MNT regarding spare parts stocking
• Ongoing contact with controlling regarding spare parts valuation
• Preparing inventory and making necessary bookings

As a Spare Parts Disposition specialist, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and suppliers. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum secondary education
• knowledge of booking and stocktaking procedures in SAP (SAP MM and SAP WM transactions)
• Medium level German or English
• There are no criminal records available, verified by so called background check from Police DepT.
