Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for documentation and process improvement? Do you have a knack for creating clear and concise documentation that supports the success of a manufacturing team? As a Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving documentation processes that drive efficiency and accuracy.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Documentation Specialist to provide critical support to our production lines and other departments. The successful candidate will manage engineering documentation, including SAP data and technical drawings, for running products, new product introductions, and product changes. They will also serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across our global operations.

In your new role you will:

• Regularly maintains product and material data, BOM lists, and technical drawings in SAP
• Coordinates product drawings required for the manufacturing process
• Coordinates 3D models of products and materials, and related NERMAL processes
• Manages and maintains data and files related to work on the HPS network
• Supports other departments with documentation-related questions
• Ensures the availability and validity of documents required for production for workers on the production lines

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be a proactive problem-solver, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Technical degree
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and SAP
• Medium-level proficiency in German or English language, both spoken and written
