About the Team Our Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team works with leading multinational partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate the overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between TikTok and the world's largest advertisers. This team is consultative in nature and will lead the long-term growth of each global account. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Client Solutions Specialist (GCSS) to join our growing Global Accounts team that is a vital role in our Sales team in meeting objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted cross-functional relationships, our GCSS have a key focus on reporting, analytics, advertiser education & advertiser added value management. Success in this position requires a focus on media acumen, account management, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite. Responsibilities • Coordinate & execute established global account workstreams to empower regional (country) markets both internally & externally. • Team product expert, develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities. • Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects. • Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center: forecast marketing beats and content launches, anticipate KPIs and identify opportunities for growth. • Build marketing materials that help guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement. • Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across regions. • Communicate with a clear & candid approach, effectively driving value for cross-functional and regional partners. • Garner internal & market feedback to improve global account coordination and inform future processes. • Manage and track global investments & projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of working in digital media, advertising, or tech platform experience • Experience in account management / client services, managing media budgets and campaigns • Experience working with internal cross-functional partners, commercial teams, and managing external client communications • Ability to project manage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders • Strong XLS and PPT skills and the ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and organization • Comfortable working across multiple managers and account teams Preferred Qualifications • Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking skills, demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes • Passionate to excel in the media and tech landscape • Comfort in working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint) • Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures • Passion for data and technology
