We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Sprig’s acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs, while supporting the broader marketing team across digital, events, and cross-functional campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-led SaaS company and make a measurable impact on pipeline generation, customer retention, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a hands-on role in campaign execution, optimization, and cross-team collaboration.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$180,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
