Design & Development 设计与开发

• Responsible for the development and improvement of flat wire motor manufacturing equipment, continuously enhancing production efficiency, product quality, and equipment stability.
• 负责扁线电机制造设备的开发和改进，不断提高生产效率、产品质量和设备稳定性。
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with electrical engineers to select components (mechanical/electrical) and standard parts.
• 与电气工程师协作，完成机械/电气零部件及标准件的选型。
• Complete 3D/2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation (e.g.,manuals, assembly/commissioning instructions).
• 完成设备3D/2D图纸、BOM及技术文档（如说明书、装配/调试指导书）。

Project Coordination & Overseas Support 项目对接与海外支持

• Act as the primary technical liaison for overseas automation projects, ensuring smooth communication with global teams/clients.
• 作为海外自动化项目的主要技术对接人，确保与全球团队/客户的高效沟通。
• Organize design reviews, guide installation/commissioning, and oversee equipment acceptance phases.
• 组织设计评审，指导安装调试，并参与设备各阶段验收。
• Provide on-site/remote support for international projects, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• 为海外项目提供现场/远程支持，包括故障排查与方案优化。

Technical Leadership 技术指导

• Offer mechanical design expertise and lean manufacturing solutions to internal teams and overseas partners.
• 为公司及海外合作方提供机械设计建议与精益生产方案。
• Optimize equipment performance post-deployment and train end-users.
• 对已投产设备进行性能优化，并对终端用户进行培训。

Compliance & Security 合规与信息安全

• Adhere to company information security policies (e.g., data protection, document control).

Requirements 任职要求

• Education & Experience 学历与经验
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • 本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
  • 5+ years in non-standard automation design, with proven experience in full-cycle development (design to commissioning).
  • 5年以上非标自动化设计经验，具备全流程开发（设计至调试）能力。
• Technical Skills 专业技能
  • Proficiency in mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), machining processes, and GD&T.
  • 精通机械设计（如SolidWorks、AutoCAD）、机加工工艺及形位公差。
  • Familiarity with industrial automation (e.g., PLC, sensors) and lean manufacturing principles.
  • 了解工业自动化（如PLC、传感器）及精益生产理念。
• Language & Soft Skills 语言与软技能
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) for technical discussions and documentation. 口语和书面英语流利，可进行技术讨论与文档编写。
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills to manage overseas stakeholders.出色的跨文化沟通能力，能与海外客户高效协作。
