Under general supervision, FACILITATES talent programs within our Operations functions. PARTNERS with the Program Manager and Business Leaders to design and execute best-in-class program and internship experiences that attract, develop, and retain top early talent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. PARTNERS with the Program Manager and Business Leaders to design meaningful program experiences that meet the goals and objectives of the department.
2. OVERSEES day-to-day program activities across multiple cohorts and programs, which could include onboarding, training, rotation assignments, networking, leadership exposure, and/or mentorship.
3. HOSTS summer internship experiences and COORDINATES activities and business involvement across multiple job families and departments.
4. DEVELOPS and MANAGES events and conferences that align with pillars of the program and internship experiences, which may include vendor management, budget tracking and allocation, and other event logistics.
5. ASSESSES learning and development needs of program participants, PARTNERS with internal trainers and facilitators to identify curriculum to meet these needs and CREATES the structure and forum of delivery.
6. FOSTERS a sense of community among program participants by using innovative methods to connect and engage cohorts.
7. CREATES and regularly SHARES resources that outline program expectations and REPORTS on program experiences for participants, business stakeholders, and recruiting teams.
8. TRACKS and REPORTS on the progression and development of the program participants and progress towards KPIs.
9. PROVIDES ongoing support for program participants in a scalable way and continuously EVALUATES the support model to provide an exceptional program experience, while managing a high volume of participants.
10. SOLICITES feedback from participants and program stakeholders, REPORTS on feedback themes, and RECOMMENDS and IMPLEMENTS program changes.
11. ASSISTS with other responsibilities in support of the larger Campus Recruiting and Programs organization, as needed
12. ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
13. MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.
