As a Software Engineer at Phenom, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our clients using the latest technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to the team's success through continuous improvement and collaboration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Micoservices

Experience with Kafka, Grafana, Kibana & Redis

Experience with MongoDB

Knowledge of Service Oriented environments and Spring Framework(Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot)

Knowledge of Web Services(SOAP/REST)

Knowledge of XML, XBRL, UML

Additional Parameters:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android)
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work Experience

What You’ve Done:

• The focus is on system analysis and problem-solving. 1 to 3 years of experience in product implementations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product integration.
• Must have hands-on experience in - Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, Mongo DB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Should be aware of SQL.
• Should be aware of AWS and the Deployment process.
• Good communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly
• Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred.
