The Director of Engineering and Maintenance will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of engineering and maintenance processes necessary for the production of high-precision lavatories and kitchens for the aviation industry. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A postgraduate degree in a related area is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance roles within the aviation sector or precision manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
