Education/Experience (to enter position)

• BS or MS degree in a technology related field
• Professional with experience on multiple projects with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties

• Different design techniques (e.g. OO. Top-down, structured analysis, component-based design) and tools
• Communication Skills
• Facilitation Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Risk Assessment & Quantification methodologies
• Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation

Business Knowledge

• Business line(s)’ business strategy, needs and technology

Systems Knowledge

• 3 years Salesforce Developer experience (org size over 2000 users)
• Strong background in Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Numerous programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, etc)
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services Cloud
• Knowledge and experience with Mulesoft
• Experience with different deployment techniques as changesets, ants and Jenkins
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as Process Builder, Flows, Approval Processes
• Certifications - Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Developer 1
• Integration tools & techniques (ESBs, Orchestration, SOA, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc)
• IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM & audit requirements
