About the Client

Our client is sourcing an Assistant Controller for a 16-month contract.

About the Opportunity

  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to ensure proper revenue recognition and oversight of payments
  • Ensure cash funding requirements are met including setting up wires, electronic payments (ACH/EFT), internal transfers and other cash activities as required and updating daily cash flow reports
  • Lead the month-end close process and monthly financial package preparation for each business unit and provide analysis and insight into the results and communicating findings as required
  • Prepare key balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support other department members as needed
  • Assist in the annual external audit, review and compilation engagements across the group
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of underlying processes and controls
  • Perform various ad hoc reports and projects as needed

About You

  • CPA or in-progress (CFE passed)
  • Full-Cycle Accounting Experience
  • NPO experience
