DSU is seeking a Accounting Assistant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • Wage of $22/hour

MAIN OFFICE/WORKING LOCATION: Dickinson, ND

STARTING DATE: a.s.a.p.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • 9000 Temporary
  • 12-months
  • Part-time (50% or less)
  • Non-exempt from FLSA Overtime
  • Non-benefited

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • This position will assist the Accounting Manager for the DSU Heritage Foundation. Duties include but are not limited to: deposits, reconciliation, credit approval, fund development and budget to actual reports, and other duties as assigned. This person will work between 12 and 19 hours per week on a schedule set by the DSU Heritage Foundation Director and the part time employee.
