II - JOB PURPOSE:

1) To coordinate the Business Management activities for PND.

2) To coordinate the forecasting activities of PND in cooperation with Sales, Division and Central Demand management organization.

3) Distributors Stock, POP and POS monitoring and backlog management are under the incumbent responsibility for PND.

4) To generate and manage the price reference for Distributors (DCPL, MPP).

5) To define and implement business growth programs for Mass Market customers operating via Distribution Channel in strong cooperation with PND Divisions

6) Market data collection/elaboration.

The main task of the incumbent is to coordinate all the Business Management activities .

The task includes Backlog management and allocation coordination in

order to guarantee the best service to the customers and best return of

profit for PnD..

PnD Billing maximization and margin

improvement

Better capacity utilization and service

improvement.

The owner have to instruct the team to use the company tolls and process to

improve the forecasting activities and reliability

Moreover, the task includes Short term (Operational) and 3/5YP demand horizon in cooperation

with the Divisions.

This job is important to set

  • Annual Budget exercise.
  • 2Y/3Y/5Y plans for capacity analysis and relevant investment.

All above according to PnD Division strategy and business priority.

The task is crucial to implement and

release on regular base, short and

medium term plans passing clear and

detailed customer's needs to Supply

Chain and Fabs

To optimize the capacity utilization.

To submit a clear scenario to top

management on the investments

required to support PnD

next years growth.

Stock, POP and POS monitoring is crucial to avoid exceeding stock in

Distribution Channel and customer‘s line stop during shortage period.

The incumbent is the supervisor of this activity.

This function is important to better

address the production capacity avoiding

loss of efficiency in service.

Service improvement for both

Distributors and Final Customers.

To manage PRISMA price Matrix and DCPL.(Distribution Price list)

This activity is important to provide price guidelines to Internal and External

Organization (Distributors) in order to drive the promotion.

Price policy is developed in strong cooperation with PND Divisions.

To guide both Internal and External

Organization on the prices policy

adopted in Distribution

Channel.

To define and implement business growth programs for Mass Market

customers operating via Distribution Channel.

Activity released in strong cooperation with PND Divisions , Regional

Marketing & Sales.

To give a strong contribute to the

PnD growth in Mass Market.

The incumbent has the lead to collect and manage “Marketing Intelligence”

information coming from Corporate approved sources.

(For example: TAM, SAM, Market Share, splits by applications/segment)

and elaborate these information as requested.

To provide to the Internal & External

Organizations vital information on

Market overview.

IV - NECESSARY CONTACTS TO DO THE JOB:

Please precise the nature (information, control, negotiation, functional relations / authority...) and the frequency

(yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, informal) of these contacts.

INTERNAL:

  • Division. To set price strategy in PRISMA tool, allocation, business programs
  • SUPPLY CHAIN & OPERATIONS. To daily support customers having heavy delivery problems.

EXTERNAL:

  • Regional Marketing & Sales. To define adequate price policy, business growth programs , product availability, backlog

management, for the specific assigned tasks.

  • Distributors: To keep monitoring of POP/POS & Stock ratio.
  • External marketing teams for tools training.
