We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Emergency Department teams at Chandler Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. This full-time nocturnist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy emergency department setting during overnight shifts
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and emergent conditions for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform procedures within scope of practice (suturing, splinting, intubation
• Work alongside a physician at night
• 10-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency medicine or acute care experience as an APP preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
