The Position
Position Summary:
As an Intern on our RSS team, you will be responsible for daily activities in accordance with established service levels and SOPs. Your role involves collaborating closely with team members and following instructions from the Team Lead to ensure smooth work coordination.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
- Utilize our ticketing system to manage incoming requests and issues.
- Provide end-user support, including answering system-related queries, conducting training, and offering consultancy on system functionalities.
- Act as a liaison for process and system changes, including handling enhancement requests.
- Ensure proper use of the Repository tool, manage contract record maintenance, and maintain compliance with audit requirements. Participate in the audit process as per SOP.
- Support project-related activities such as contract migration, system deployment, and cleansing exercises. Additionally, liaise with and train business stakeholders.
- Onboard suppliers to our vendor management tool.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program related to business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate contract record processing and maintenance.
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage contract documents.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and external parties, with proficiency in Mandarin.
- Computer proficiency, including familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP or ARIBA is a plus.
- Basic understanding of contract management principles or a willingness to learn during the internship.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address contract record-related issues.
- Adaptability to different software tools and processes used within the organization.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards when handling contract records.
- Strong teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
- No work experience is required.
- Able to work at least six (6) months of internship duration.
