  • Holistic overview: You support the project management office (PMO) of business line PSI
  • Reliable work: You are responsible for maintaining project data for the project management organization and management
  • Being strong together: You support the preparation of project meetings, events or workshops
  • Thorough planning: You maintain the Confluence framework for project reporting and project-related topics
  • Experience project management: You support our project managers with project specific tasks
  • Stakeholder management: You exchange with different stakeholders to get their input and feedback
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: You work with the globally distributed project management organization
  • Be creative: You create presentations and documentations in Confluence
  • Data is everything: You are responsible for the digitalization of project management and project management office processes
  • Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science or similar
  • Experience: You ideally gained first experience in programming languages and SQL and have strong IT skills (fluent in MS Office, understanding of systems and data structure). Pre-Knowledge in project management would be a plus
  • Way of working: You are eager to learn how to deal with new tools and applications such as Excel, Confluence and KNIME
  • Personality: You would describe yourself as a solution-oriented person that is able to work independently with great self-initiative. You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and intercultural openness
  • Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly
