Responsibilities - Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics. - Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization. - Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience. - Collaborate with the monetization team to balance user experience and monetization goals. - Actively think about the application scenarios of AIGC in search, improve search efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master in related discipline. - Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in GenAI/content strategy related fields. - Experience working with global teams.
