About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our AI team and lead the development of a new data-intensive product. This role is ideal for someone with strong 0-to-1 product experience, who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

You’ll work closely with AI/ML engineers, software developers, and designers to bring innovative, AI-powered features to life—especially in areas involving data pattern recognition, predictive workflows, and user-facing insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, launch, and iteration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and designers
• Translate business needs into product specs, PRDs, and roadmap items
• Conduct user research and define product-market fit
• Prioritize features that drive measurable impact and usability
• Work with the AI team to develop functionality using predictive models, time series analysis, and generative AI where applicable
• Define and track success metrics to assess product performance and guide iteration

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
• At least some hands-on experience working on AI/ML-powered products or features
• Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and data teams
• Experience with agile development, PRDs, product roadmaps, and backlog management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with time series data or anomaly detection features
• Experience working with LLMs or generative AI technologies
• Background in products involving complex data pipelines or decision-support tools
• Understanding of model lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
