  • This is an internship position.
  • Candidates are expected to work approximately 24 hours per week for one year.
  • Successful interns may be offered full-time positions on the OAL team as Application Developers.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL; ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to communicate ideas in a business- and user-friendly language
  • Strong teamwork and independent working skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment

About the Payroll HCM Team

The Payroll HCM team within OAL is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle’s HCM, Payroll, and Time Entry/Absence modules, as well as core HR functionalities. These systems are essential for managing people, payroll processing, and reporting across Oracle globally.
